Our memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts or hidden fees. We want our patients to stay with us because they’re seeing results—not because they’re locked into something. You’re free to cancel anytime if it no longer feels like the right fit.
Your monthly fee covers everything: medication (semaglutide or tirzepatide), provider visits, labs, support from our team, and personalized nutrition guidance. No surprise charges—just comprehensive care.
We want you to feel supported every step of the way. We have a live person answering phones Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and we use a modern, secure app for fast and easy messaging with your care team.
If you're local, we require an in-person visit to start. For out-of-town patients, we offer a limited number of remote spots and can overnight your medications. We also offer virtual follow-ups when appropriate to fit your busy schedule.
We offer personalized dosing plans, close medical supervision, and custom nutrition support from our in-house Clinical Nutrition Scientist. We're not a one-size-fits-all clinic—we tailor your care based on how your body responds.
A Clinical Nutrition Scientist is a specialist trained in the science of how food affects the body. They work alongside your medical provider to develop evidence-based, customized nutrition plans that support your weight loss and overall health goals.
That depends on several factors. Our goal is to set you up for long-term success by addressing both biology and behavior—through medications, nutritional support, and habit change. We’ll help you taper safely when the time is right and provide support every step of the way.
Weight loss varies person to person. Many patients lose 1–2 pounds per week on average. But our focus is on sustainable, healthy progress—not quick fixes.
The most common side effects include nausea, constipation, diarrhea, decreased appetite, or fatigue—especially when first starting or increasing the dose. These usually improve as your body adjusts. More serious side effects are rare but can include pancreatitis, gallbladder issues, or allergic reactions. We monitor you closely, adjust dosing as needed, and provide support to help manage side effects. Your safety is our top priority.
Important: These medications are not appropriate for individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). A full medical evaluation is required before starting treatment to ensure safety.
